Meet the panel
Facilitated by three HRV experts, this training provides a roadmap for successful implementation.
Dr. Inna Khazan is a licensed clinical psychologist, author, and faculty member at Harvard Medical School specializing in biofeedback and mindfulness-based approaches to optimizing health and performance.
Dr. David Hopper is a professor and practicing chiropractor with a BCIA Certificate.
Matt Bennett is the author of two books on heart rate variability, where he combines his trauma, resiliency, motivation, and leadership expertise.
